Sounds sweet, would've been awesome to have seen a side rear video of it!

Nice run!
That course looks like a lot of fun! :)

I've got an 86' Nissan d21 pickup. Where did you get your turbo at?

You doing the hillclimb this year Gary, maybe in the Z? I'm loving my newly supercharged VG33 in autocross, but I need more practice on the hill before I push it. I'm not going to let you have yet another of my dimes to pick and pull... :)

@TheDaggwood Nope, not doing the hill this year. The Z is in Oregon, but I'm in Florida and will be shipping the Z here soon. You really don't get practice "on the hill", since it's a public road and nothing is quite like it when at speed. I would highly recommend getting down to Medford for some events and the enduro, which is the steps I took before hitting the hills and road racing. Have fun in that beast! ;-)

Yes, the VG30 is a great motor for the 510, but adding the turbo made it quite a bit more difficult. It fit due to removing the stock front suspension and putting in double aluminum A-arms. It had the stock 300ZX 5 speed and motor was a Euro-spec version that was completely stock. Only upgrades were ECU from Jim Wolf, external wastegate, intercooler and custom headers. It put out 315HP and 400 ft lbs torque at 15 psi on pump gas.
