This week I've jogged 5 days (50 min each) and done 8-minute abs workout 6 days. I think I've done a great effort when it comes to the exercise this week. I feel very great even tho the results aren't very visible...

Eating-wise I havn't been very good this week either. Cause of anothewr birthday on friday I had noodles AND cake.. lots.. x) And I've also eaten much bread. But anyway, I'll make videos every week even tho I can't see much difference.

I havn't lost any weight this week, but that's not a goal. This morning I actually weighed 52 kg, so I "gained" 0.3 kg. My weight can go up like 2 kg over a day, then go down again the next morning, so I won't look at details.

  • ahm.. your taking a jog 50 mins a day? how your legs?do you muscles on it? I TAKE 2hrs and a half in my morning jog..and im scared or kinda concern of my muscle that's gonna show on my legs..

  • why did this comment get thumbs down? This is a perfectly reasonable comment. She should have them checked to make sure they are malignant. They look potentially dangerous. I've had relatives die from skin cancer and it's a serious matter.

  • The results of your workout routine showed pretty fast on your body.. it takes me a while to get my body shaped... well done.. LOVE IT :).. just started working out my abs ^^

  • i love the fact that you did not post your weight. because we know that muscle weighs more than fat... and its silly to check your weight to see if you've made progress. :) week 4 showed a difference, in my opinion!
