Description:
Hermione and Tom are together but Tom dies.
In the begin of the video Hermione finds Tom´s diary and starts to read it, when appears the day that Tom die in the diary.
Hermione starts to remember that in that day they had argued,and Tom disappeared after the discussion. Bellatrix that ran away from Azkaban was in Hogwarts. He founds her and she killed him.
After the funeral it returns to the "present" when Hermione founds the diary. She starts to see and listen Tom everywhere, because Tom wanna say her that he loves her but she have to follow her life without him.

You didn´t get it right? Hermione finds but when she finds it Tom is already dead, it´s the first part of the video (until 00:25)and after that is hermione´s memories about that, then in 02:45 it returns to when hermione finds the diary. i think this explains better
