Food is an addiction but treatable. More than less, our mindsets often sabotage our efforts. I struggled for years but over came the battle by finding out why I ate the way I did and then slowly incorporating healthy eating habits into my life style with excersise. I also found out that I had a poor opinion of my self that allowed others to view me in the same light. When I changed my negative opinion of myself others people did too! Stop DIEting and start living

This is a very, very wise observation and video - so few people talk about the new dimension that economics throw into temptation. It seems that every time a false rationale presents itself, you're able to turn it away, which is just amazing. There's no way you won't be successful, I'm sure of it.
