Don't know who you are, but your information & opinion are absolutely incorrect. Unity does not proclaim to be a 'religion', made up by men. Secondly, Unity understanding is based upon practical Christianity and the Bible. It is based upon the teachings of Jesus & what Jesus demonstrated & taught is possible for us as spiritual beings having a human experience. Unity respects other paths, & teachs that there are Universal Truths in many faiths, but it is Christian. Your comments are wrong.

I am a proud member of a Unity church, and have been for 4 years now. It took me a lifetime to find, after growing up Episcopalian and rejecting the ideas of evil. I was disgusted with churches that discriminated against anyone. Women can't be priests in Catholicism, gay people are bad, come on! I'm a happily married father, I embrace everyone with a good heart. Finding Unity was the best thing that ever happened to me spiritually.

We are fundamentally a Christian church. However, we do believe that there are wise prophets from all religions. I'm not a far left liberal either. I have more conservative values than many other Christians, but I am accepting, for Jesus said "Judge not".

@BleuEyedBrunette1 I agree with you , This guy knows nothing about Unity Churches or what they stand for . They are not aware that there are other Sacred scriptures other than just the Bible . it was through Unity that I found my road to Mother/Father God . And since then my awareness has magnified a hundred-fold.
