  • I am currently using a soft wheel with an aluminum hub that I found at an on line place called derbySMACK. They are in the Outdoor Wheels section and are called "hybrid wheels". From what I understand, they are a limited run. They use a soft urethane on an alloy wheel that soaks up the vibration better than the yellow wheels, yet roll like nobodies business. They are really cheap, too. Like surprisingly cheap.

  • alright man thanks alot.. good review of the wheels.. i've always like chicago, a lil more old school is def. my style

  • what kind of skates are those?

These are a custom build based on a pair of former rink rentals. They are Sure-Grip Super X plates mounted to FILA driving shoes.

  • Thankss mister

  • a really good outdoor wheel that is very cheap (around $30 for a set) is the roadriders. Almost all of my derby girls use them and I have to say I love them as well. Cheers

  • thanks for the video! i knew i wasnt crazy when i kept busting my butt on the ground with those speed wheels. I just dont know where to go to change the wheels or buy sum without the very expensive shipping.

  • So cool
