'Hiroshima' Tactics for 'Total War' on Islam - U.S. Military Documents Exposed

Via Wired: "The U.S. military taught its future leaders that a "total war" against the world's 1.4 billion Muslims would be necessary to protect America from Islamic terrorists, according to documents obtained by Danger Room. Among the options considered for that conflict: using the lessons of "Hiroshima" to wipe out whole cities at once, targeting the "civilian population wherever necessary." The course, first reported by Danger Room last month and held at the Defense Department's Joint Forces Staff College, has since been canceled by the Pentagon brass. I do mean the US and in someways they are becoming a to intrusive like w/ the patriot act. I do not think that regulation on gun ownership is in the same boat. I believ that law abiding citizens should be able to bear arms but criminals and maniacs shouldn't until they change.

First off..who are you referring to as "we"?? If you are a U.S. citizen, then you won't have a dictatorship so long as the 2nd Amendment and the Constitution remain intact. The problem is that there is an administration in power that believes in bigger, more intrusive, big-brother/nanny-state style gov't that if unchecked...will errode individual personal freedoms of the masses will preserving those for special interests.

I am not Muslim. I just don't believe in sacrificing my values of kindness towards others and protection of civil liberties to create safety. That's how dictatorships get started. Not that we're even CLOSE to a dictatoship but we don't want to head that way.
