    I am just starting out on the practice chanter, but from what I know--"Never Gonna Give You Up" should work on bagpipes with some advanced technique/fingering to get the (concert pitch) D-flats (in bagpipe notation it would be a C-natural I think). Someday I will have to figure it out. It would also probably work out way more easily if transposed up a step so that the first note would be concert B-flat/bagpipe A.
