  • Great bags! Now i know its a great company too!

  • I just called Roots and they told me that only the leather goods are made in Canada, for now and everything else is now made in China. Roots closed all the Canadian plants, laid everybody off, and now they are embarrased when you confront them with the question ,where their clothing is made. What an embarrassment .I will never buy their cheap ,made in China garbage anymore.

  • My daughter purchased one of your $300 leather bag last summer 2010 and by December 2010, buckle on the bag started malfunctioning. They fixed it. But, the bag came back with a stain / discoloration on one side. They claim it was like that when it was sent. I returned it and it has been sitting in Ontario for over 2 months. Their customer service sucks. I left messages and hoping they will call me back within 24 - 48 hours. They've 2 people in customer service who handle whole of North America.

  • Hi Macassa420, We actually are currently expanding production at our Leather Factory. Additionally we work with apparel manufacturers in Canada and many other countries around the world to find the best possible quality products. If you'd like to discuss your opinions with us I'd be happy to set up a call for you with our Director of Public Relations Robert Sarner. YouTube won't let us post his email but you can find it on the Roots website under media contact.

  • Hey Budman. Are you going to close your last plant in Canada like you closed all your clothing factories and put thousands of Canadians out of work ? Tell everyone where your cloths are made now. I saw the labels."Made in China".

  • You go girl!!!
