i am going to include this workout with my latisimus dorsi training. opposing muscles relax so getting maximum use out of every swell (workout) ill use the opposite muscles between sets as a stimulant, and for max range of motion.
i have 6% of body fat. but still would like to have more definition between obliques and serratus anterior
