well well well great news cause then hoping to have especially skype video performance be as if you are in the same room with the person that you're speaking to ! cauze as i see now it all depends on the hardware you use first ! on your client pc ! your own ! :) so you wouldnt really have to care about your hardware ! much ! :) cant wait !
