I was too young to remember it well

I'd rather have no mobile phones, internet, dvd etc if I could be around at a time when great artists were dominating the music industry

now it's gaga, katy perry, it just makes you want to throw up

My gosh. MICHAEL. What more needs to be said? Definitely can't be surpassed. I hate to bring up Gaga on a video involving two LEGENDS, but people should really stop comparing her to Michael. It's getting stale, and it's a dumb comparison. Nobody can be compared to him.

But I get what you mean. The era was synth heavy but there was still some talent.

The music was beyond amazing, it was beyond anything. So many talnted artists and so many beautiful and empowering songs. And Michael Jackson, well he's Michael Jackson. Enough said. His music is something i will makesure my children grow up with.
