On the whole it looks good, guys. One minor detail- as an RN of 30 years I wanted to point out that venous blood, from the mouth or wherever, is not bright red. That's arterial blood, in which case your guy would bleed out in minutes. It should be more of a reddish brown color. I realize it's probably for dramatic effect, but it looks unreal and detracts from the movie.

@bkrdave2000 Luckily most average people don't have any medical knowledge. My mother is a PA after all. Also.. it's stylishly color corrected... that's just how it looks after you color the background.
