no dude, its all about the power to weight ratio. porsche ruled that ever since. lp640 is an awesome german car too, but its limited and costs three times as much as a gt2. ferrari 599 is too heavy to cope with gt2 on race tracks, nice car anyways.

actually the Ferrari 599 will fry it with its v12, and the new Lambo Reventon or even the lp640 will leave it in the dust so I don't know what your talking about.

The 997 GT2 is a more of an engineering piece that can go fast at anytime and anywhere ... the F430 Scud is just fat and sad compared to this
