aw , i wrote out alot about this video, tryed to upload it last night but utube was being a *****. anyways. the first work out is really 4 sets in one push up/ i know i stoped on the second only because of this stupid cat. if you have anyother questions about the workouts feel free to just ask.

tip,/ i know i'm working out in a faster speed in the video, slow and steady wins the races. Also try your best to keep your back straigh with your lower body.
