A 'snitch' is one who is just a guilty as the ones they blow the whistle on, in return for being excused for their criminal activities...noting wrong with revealing the crimes of others, it's when your a criminal yourself and you decide to expose others only to save your own skin...and that is a 'snitch' just to clarify for those unfamiliar with American politics.
