In Conversation - Dr Azlina Dato Jamaludin, Obedient Wives Club

The Obedient Wives Club caused a furore when they first appeared in the press as well as when we pitched them against Sisters In Islam and Islamic Renaissance Front last week. But is OWC as mad as so many have made them out to be? Dr Azlina Dato Jamaludin is a committee member in OWC and she's an intelligent, articulate and free woman who had struggled to find meaning in her life beyond a successful career and paying the bills. She shared her story with Caroline Oh. You might disagree with what she believes in, but you must respect her right to live her life according to her own beliefs.
