  • those are not toe raises. for seated toe raises heels stay on floor pick up toes of ground 100 times. it is not for calfs it is for the anterior of the lower leg not the posterior to help prevent shin splints.

  • i did this for a couple of days and the other day i did it and now my big toe on my left foot is hurting bad- like as if it was broken but its not and i can lean towards the inside of my left foot :( what can i do because i have to play soccer tomorrow and it hurts to stand with my left foot more towards the inside?
