There is a lot of copies of this particular video out on the internet, so I must ask: are you the person who filmed this object seen in this video? Nice video channel you have by the way... I see that you are very interested in triangular shaped objects like the "TR-3B" type.

just a thought would you fly a kite in weather that looked liike possible lightning? (unless conducting scientific experiment) and if that was a kite at say 800/900ft elevation (educated guess at cloud layer) that kite would be huge, the kite strings would have to be that big you'd see them too

It's so simple. It's a ufo of the U.S. Navy. It's a type called TR-3. It has 3 Hydrogen turbines. If you know how to look you can find a lot of info. In the middle it has a nuclear propultion.
