  • I've got a black 2001 ZRX1200R with a Corbin Gunfighter plus Lady and back rest and Full stainless Muzzy exhaust with Polished stainless can. DynoJet jet kit and it puts out 136 hp and 88 lb/ft torque. Bike is garage kept and has 2100 miles on it. First serious offer over 3500.00 takes it.

  • A friend of mine has the gunfighter seat and it lowers the ride height slightly and it has firmer foam.

  • I'm about to put a full Holeshot system on my '03 ZRX1200. What do you think of the sound? Also, does the Gunfighter make the seat height higher? Thanks!

  • Hi, well i am proud to tell you i have just purchased one. 2005 around 23000 kilometres on full akapovic system. FSH. One ower. cost R 50000 (south africa rand) or £3400-00. My mate picks it up later -- and I'll be riding it for the first time next month on the 12th june... CANT WAIT WHOOOO

  • you are correct 1100 is 6 and the 1200 is 5... I've owned both (still own the 1200) and these are the best all round bikes on the market.

Buying this bike will be well worth your money although buying a brand new one will be getting harder and harder with the bike being discontinued in every country but Aus now and even then will be discontinued here after this year.

  • Hi ,

I'll be looking at getting one of these when i get back to South Africa. Now im concerned about the gear box and how many gears it's got .. I have chekced the web in S>A, I have heard the 11 is 6 speed and the 12 is 5, but I was told it was the other way around the other week, the web is in agreement with me so can you tell me please 5 or 6 speed on the 1200cc model?

    cheers

    dean
