USCG Cutter SPAR was sunk as part of the NC Artificial Reef Program. Her shallowest point is at 75 FSW at the top of her bridge and keel sets at 110 FSW. Sand Tiger Sharks are common on this site as are large barricuda and bait balls. The SPAR is 185 feet long and one of North Carolina's favorite sites.
