If the health care law is repealed, then insurance companies can (and will) continue to practice recission, meaning they can deny or drop your coverage if you have a pre-existing condition. Anyone who thinks repealing the health care law needs to think long and hard about this aspect of it.

I agree with you. Even Thomas would feel unease at raping the Constitution to that degree. Still, you can't trust a conservative Court. There's an excellent new book out called The Framing of the Court. The book deals with a history of judicial review and its abuses by conservative Courts throughout US history. I suspect you will enjoy it.
