PD project

We are trying to get this project off the ground and we were hoping that you could help us out. We want to make a published book that we can sell that is a collection of stories from people who are helping find the cure. It doesnt matter if you have diabetes, belong to an organization that fights for the cure, supporting a friend or family member or supporting a celebrity.

We want to hear it! If you would like to send a pic as well that would be great but make sure it is ok with everyone in the photos. It can be about anything related to diabetes.

Your stories will be made into a book. The book will be published and exclusively sold by us via our store. That's right whoever submits a piece will be in the book. It would kinda be like those Chicken Soup books you see people reading.

Here's what the submission has to have:
-Name
-Age
-City*
-State
-Story
-Photo*

*=optional.

If there is anything you'd like us to omit from the final version just let us know. All of the proceeds will go to JDRF.
