Duncan's dream: Project Haiti Orphanage and Children's Center

Adaptive Building Solutions is proud to be a development partner with the USGBC on Project Haiti Orphanage and Children's Center to design and build a completely sustainable LEED Platinum facility for Gina and Lucien Duncan in Port au Prince. Adaptive owner Mike Mahon is also the founder of the Haiti Orphan Rescue Program established to improve the living conditions for orphans in Haiti, along with his wife Andrea and fellow green builder Michael Rath of Breckenridge, CO. I'm extremely honored to be part of this inspired solution in Haiti working on a project that seeks to transform the lives of children living in the poorest country in the western hemisphere.
