Don't be fooled! The ramp ain't that peacefull on a weekend when the croaker are running. I live in town and will only fish at home on a weekday. A nice pretty Saturday and I'm headed to Mathews! Weekend motor boaters are too numerous and don't know how to act.

I used to live in Newport News. I'm glad that you guys are in to kayak fishing. I live in Florida, now, but I still do mostly fresh water kayak fishing.
