also, calling someone and saying "hello" is not the proper way to use a phone. the person that ANSWERS says hello. you initiate the conversation....

true that you can't fix it without practice... but real advice would have been suggesting to prepare what you are going to say, think about who you are going to talk to and what they know about you, etc... things like that. there are tons of more things people can do to help phone fear.

sorry this is of no value. Sales call relutance is a real problem for some people, it isn't something that attacks people with no expereince it catches guys like you. If you don't understand a subject simple say you don't get it rather than making an ass of yourself by pretending to know something!

Cute video - but I think some (or a lot) of phone fear is being unprepared as to what you will say. Knowing what you are offering, what your goal for the call is, knowing exactly what you are going to ask and why, is key.
