Folder Sharing in Virtual Box

After spending something like 3 hours trying to get the file sharing in Virtual Box to work, I figured it out on my own. I spent at least 2 of those 3 hours watching videos on Youtube and reading various text tutorials and found no answer because they all assumed you had some basic things set up. So I made this video tutorial that makes no assumptions. It teaches you what to do from start to finish.
