The New Incursion Planetary Interaction Tutorial

How to work the new extractors. Ask any questions and I'll put the answers here in description if I can.
All things not included in this video are more or less the same as they were before incursion.
One thing I know is different is that from now on, you purchase command centers and then upgrade them by clicking on them. There will be a little icon in the control panel to upgrade the command center. If you've upgraded your command center and it has more slots for upgrade, but you can't upgrade anymore, you do not me the prerequisite skills.
