The MSI u210 is pretty good too, it may not be dual core but it has the AMD Athlon Neo (NV-40) processor, with a 250gb hard drive, up to 4gb of DDR2 and it has a 12.1'' screen with 1366x768 resolution with HDMI out.
Unfortunately it doesn't have an optical drive, but it's only $430!
