I finally built up the courage to post this!

The audio is completely out of sync with the video, and it managed to cut off the last two chords in the end. (Note to self: wait a couple of seconds after finishing the piece before turning off the camera.) Aside from all that, I hope you find a merry and frolicking piece within the video's poor quality. =P

There's a big chance that I'm going to delete this video and rerecord it. In the meantime, feedback would be appreciated. =D

Barenboim plays Mendelssohn Songs Without Words Op.62 no.2 in B flat Major

  • I'm sorry but this is not good at all. =( This is exactly what '@chopzart ' said - this is too slow!!! Also it needs much less pedal! =p Although you added it 5 years ago i think you need to improve it . You brought the melody out nicely though...but slowly... =D

  • apart from the fact that he doesnt know it very well, the pizzicatti are too dry & brusque, what makes the play more difficult

  • do you have the sheet music

  • nooooooooooooooooooooo que es esto no es asi la romanza

  • Good expression;)

  • you may try to be a little energetic when handling this master piece, try to search others performers in youtube!

  • good work

  • I dosen't matter how fast you play it! As long as you play with energy and enthusiasm, you can always make a song sound beautiful!
