1992 single from the Australian stoner rock band hailing from Wollongong. From the self-titled album. Visit http://www.theplanetofsound.com/tumbleweed/ for the archived official website.

I know that time will have its own way
Just keep on tryin' forever and a day
I'll find the time to have my say
The river runs and flows back my way

If I try to bring you sunshine
But I fail to stop the rain
Would I wonder for a lifetime?
Would it wash away your pain?

You know it's fallen down upon the darkness
And the warmest glow will be a raging fire

The garden here has grown to weed
Those things I crave are slave to me
The words I say become a scream
Those things I had are now just a dream
Now just a dream

If I try to bring you sunshine
But I fail to stop the rain
Would I wonder for a lifetime?
Would it wash away your pain?

You know it's fallen down upon the darkness
And the faintest glow could be a raging fire
You know it's fallen down upon the darkness
And the faintest glow could be a raging fire
