@saiganlord It is possible, you can always stuff it. However the bones are usually left in to help with presentation as they are usually cooked with the bird or separately as "wings".

:O Isnt it possible to debone the wing too? But the wing tip is removed i think...

I would leave the wings with the rest of bones for soup..oncereassembled ( minus the wings) could that be brined andsmoked?
