Makes me laugh how the metric guys always compare their bikes to the amf harleys that had troubles instead of the new reliable harleys. I don't have to put down other bikes just so I can enjoy mine. I have enjoyed many miles on both metric and American bikes without a breakdown. I just prefer to ride American. Buy what you like and ride. Like your bike btw

You know what i find really hilarious ( & i ride a Harley) & that is that about the only fucking thing the actually represents a Harley these days is the fucken name , try & buy a part for one that does,nt come out of Thailand , Mexico, Australia, or some other country but it says Genuine Harley on the packet & do the Harley fanatics realise that the Roadstar is actually made in the USA

Nice job!!! I'm one of the guys that don't compare my metric to American bikes. If I could afford a Harley, I would get it. But, My budget was for a 2009 Boulevard C90T.

Personally, I think that is a beautiful bike. I've been seriously thinking about buying another motorcycle. Some of the folks commenting seem to be really obsessed with going on about what they can afford. Is that what riding a bike is all about to some folks? Being able to show people "hey, look what i can afford to ride"? Or is it about the enjoyment of just riding a motorcycle?

I ride a Roadstar and I want a Harley. Harley is the American Dream but until I can afford one, my paid off Roadstar will due just fine. When I do get a Harley I will put my Wife on the Roadstar. :)

Everyone can go out and buy a Harley ...you can come to a stop sign and look beside you with the EXACT same bike which to me isn't unique. Metrics are tougher to make custom but in the long run you have no worries of ever seeing the same thing on the road. Harleys are nice and all but everyone can ride the same thing. Be creative make your bike look like your personality!

hareys are ok, but the japs have got there act together now, My first indian look a like was a xvs 650.made the mudguards out of metal, big mistake everything rusts in England check out INDIAN RETRO kick start
