i use real player to download videos,when i upload them it a fly file,sometimes the sound faster the video,or skips a makes video go fast please help

well what i do is this i go to whatever website videos have such as yahoo vids and while the vid is NOT PLAYING i upload it by right clicking save target then i go to youtube and upload and it goes but it says file to small what do i do PS when i upload the vid to youtube it is in the dowloaded section of my documents know wats wrong reply with the right directions and do you need a vid camera
