Modern Rap vs Old Rap

This is a review on which is better (new rap vs old school rap). I think that old school rap is better because new school rap is making money off of nothing but junk. Not saying i don't like new school rap i do but i like old school better because it never gets old. I've heard kiss me through the phone by Solja Boy 55 times on the radio its old!!!. Comment on what yo think about this video and what you think of old school and new rap. Please if you want to make a video response on what you think of the following video and which genre is better.

Ummmm, I'm not sure if I consider Easy E's rapping as something to reminisce on. When it comes to "gangsta" rap and the lyrics thereof, that to me was the beginning of the downfall of Hip Hop. The whole promoting gang violence (and quite frankly, Black on Black crime,etc) and calling women B's and Hoes was the beginning of rap being about having hoes,money, and having a glock ready to shoot somebody. All of that was part of Hip Hop history,but doesn't mean it was a good part to hold on to,IMO.

What i think is,is that new skool (most of them) sucks. i mean cmon look at lil wayne he is so fake. The real hiphop stays at biggie,tupac,eazy e,dr dre,nwa,KRS one and more oldskool. But this is what i think

This is waht ruined rap, white people, Italians, and Mexicans got into it created some really shtty rap/pop crap. I think all the rappers today are making pop songs and keep forgetting they're supposed to make rap songs.

I was at an Ice Cube concert on wednesday and the DJ played some old school hip hop to warm up the crowd. we went nuts! all the true hip hop heads love the old school. rappers love the old school, magazines talk about the old school, youtube has lots of vids about the old school... i cant understand why the industry isnt reflecting that! guess there's still Detox...
