I love Alan Grayson when it comes to his political ideals, but his "taliban dan" ad was just cynical how he chopped out bits of his opponent's speech out of context to make him look bad.
Pretty stupid of him and he got a lot of flak for it. Of course the right wing would never do anything like that...

I have mixed feelings about Grayson. But he seems genuine on the surface. As aside, I've been burned by those types before.

@snowbaordguru The Geneva Convention applies to uniformed soldiers and civilians. Terrorists used to be called saboteurs and they may be summarily killed without trial by the rules of the Geneva Convention.

Khaleid Sheik Mohammed wasn't a war criminal. We're not at war, this is an occupation which began as a police action. Khaleid was no different than Timothy McVeigh, he was a terrorist.
...and terrorists get tried in civilian criminal courts where the crime was allegedly committed just like anyone else.
