  • @sanfranciscobay No, because the mist particles are very light and traveling in a horizontal trajectory, thus they don't penetrate the boundary layer. Perhaps you have seen tests in wind tunnels when they spray smoke on the models? The smoke goes around the model, right? If the particles were heavier and falling vertically, they would hit the windshield and leave a residue, exactly like rain.

  • “Personal use of a firearm” sentencing enhancements:

Penal Code 12022 PC -- Being armed with a firearm or using a dangerous or deadly weapon during the commission of a felony

Penal Code 12022.2 PC -- Possessing ammunition designed to penetrate metal or armor during the commission of a felony

That A10 is now in a heck of a lot of trouble.

  • Penal Code 417 PC California’s "brandishing a weapon" law prohibits "drawing, exhibiting, or using a firearm or deadly weapon". If you "brandish" a weapon or firearm in a rude, angry, or threatening manner, prosecutors could charge you with this offense.

It isn’t necessary that you actually intend to cause any harm or that the alleged victim even sees your weapon. The crime is complete once you draw, exhibit, or use the weapon in a rude, angry, or threatening manner.

  • @Orangebike666 Here is what the A10 is guilty of:

Penal Code 211 PC California's robbery law punishes the crime of taking someone else's property from the person's body or immediate possession, when accomplished by force or fear. This is a felony offense, punishable by two to nine years in the state prison

  • @fierwall5 same to that. this plane was in service for a little over a decade or 2 now.

  • @hyunki0510 i think that he meant the Gatling gun on the front of the plane but i am not sure.

  • After the fuel probe separates and a mist of gas sprays the planes windshield, does the spray of fuel leave an oily residue on the windshield making it difficult to see?

  • Forget the fighters, I have wanted to fly an A-10 since I was a kid. Sadly, my eyesight disqualifies me from flight school.
