I will randomly generate a number to select the winner. I will make a video within 1 to 2 weeks to announce the winner.

RULES:

Contest starts November 22nd, 2009 and ends once my youtube channel reaches 15,000 subscribers

To be eligible to win, you must leave atleast 1 comment and no more than 5 comments on the "FREE Ipod Touch Contest!" video. You also have to be subscribed to my channel to win.

If you are under 18 and win the contest, you must have your parents permission to receive the prize

Within 2 weeks after the contest deadline:

I will choose a winner by randomly picking a number using a random number generator found on www.random.org

After it generates a number, I will view all the comments on the "FREE Ipod Touch Contest!" video and count each comment from the first comment all the way up to the comment that is equal to the randomly generated number.
For instance:

If 300 people left comments on the video, and I generated a random number (17). I will start with the first comment and count 17 comments. The winner will be the person that left the 17th comment.

I will count the number of comments based on the order they are listed as I see them on my computer. I can not guarantee that they will be listed in the same order on any other computer.

If someone leaves more than 5 comments, I will still count all of those comments to arrive at the randomly generated number.

After I announce winner by video, I will also contact the winner by private message on youtube. If the winner doesnt respond within 24 hours, I will make another video where I generate another random number and another winner will be chosen.

I retain the right to cancel the contest at any time due to any reasons. I retain the right to modify the rules at any time during the contest

I am not responsible for any damage to the Ipod Touch. I am also not responsible if the Ipod Touch is lost in the mail.
