North City Summer Festival at MC&MA

Manchester Creative and Media Academy was host to the north city summer festival yesterday. Children and parents from the area enjoyed the sunshine while listening to a selection of local talented bands and singers chosen by BBC Blast. With free activities all day including a climbing wall, inflatable hockey, soccer skills, bucking bronco, birdhouse making, jewellery making and much more everyone was thoroughly entertained. The festival proved to be a great success thanks to everyone's hard work at YAG (Youth Action Group) MC&MA, all the sponsors Catch 22, citc, Manchester City Council, the YIP, vinvolved Manchester, Great Manchester Fire and Rescue service, Greater Manchester Police, the water adventure centre, MYVP and Northwards Housing.
