Do you often see flyer boxes next to for sale signs that are empty or the flyers are wet and stuck together? If you were really interested in a house don't you think you would call the listing agent for more info or your own buyer's agent? If you are a seller wouldn't you want someone to speak with your agent or an agent on duty in regards to your house rather than grabbing a flyer and driving off? I think they are a waste...what about you?
Hi Jessica,
I want to thank you for your interest and discipline sharing your advice. Consider doing the same from your office or home, risking your live and those of others is not really worth it.
Looking forward to keep viewing your videos.
Best!

Adorable, I love your passion, not sure I agree with you on everything though. Good for you on doing what you want to do! Your personality and your loveliness are the only good things I have experienced today...

I quite agree Jessica unless you maybe have your 800 call capture number there to enquire about price. etc. Never ever put a price on the flyer. And don't forget the back of the flyer if you really have to use them. There is great advertising space on the flyer back.

I think I have fallen in love. You are so very very gorgeous. I suggest you slow down a little bit when you do your videos. You get to talking and sort of ramble on rather than having clear, concise points. Good luck to you.

Thank you , Thank you Thank you. I am continually trying to get agents to change their mentality about flyers-they don't work! Direct them to a website or a phone #.
