Mungo Park, named after the famous english explorer and hero of TC Boyle's fantastic novel Water Music, is Le Podium 4th installement and its more daring. Mixing african vibes, syncopated beats and crystal clear melodies, the band travels effortlessly across time and space, one giant step after another. Hailing from France and Cameroun, the quintet's 1st single aptly named Pilgrim is to our ear a little marvel of a song. The limited vinyl edition features a fantastic remix by Jackson and comes in the now usual luxurious Le Podium packaging: heavy colored vinyl and printed outer sleeve.
