    i'm the kind who don't like protein powders & i'm using egg homemade protein shake with fruits & quaker oats & peanut butter and i wanna ask, How many times prefer to drink in a day to get the best result ? and thanks for your help :)

  • @rayan0hayat hi, i take about 3 a day, but really its up to you depending on how much protein you need to supplement i weight about 85kg right now so i try to take 185grams of protein per day from food and supplements. How much do you weigh?make sure you take zinc too as you need it to break down protein in your body for better results. i would take a shake for breakfast, 1 b4 training one after and sometimes 1 b4 bed, but protein b4 bed need to be slow release

  • @joy4078 eggwhites (4 to 8 depending on the ammount of protein you want) half glass of soya milk, (you can use regular milk) few spoons of vanilla yougourt and a drop of honey then blend away

    & i hope i can gain muscle like u do :D & will take zinc & will drink 3 times in a day of protein & i will eat a lot of good food as i hope

  • don't you know that soy is bad for you? it increases estrogen(the female hormone) in your blood which may cause all kind of bad stuff like bitch tits. just an advice mate.

  • Just out of interest mate - Why do you use Soya milk and not Skimmed Cows Milk or Lactose free?

  • get get the best out of my workout can i take this within 30 mins of my workout since i dont have whey protein, and i heard that takeing a piece or chicken breast has 29 grams of protein but it asborbs the body way longer and by the time it uses it its too long, oh and can i get a chest like your with this
