Irena Sendler-Sleeping With The Angels-Irena Sendler Symphony

"Sleeping With The Angels" video was made by us to introduce a song from a symphony suite being written in dedication to Irena Sendler. This piece is about Irena's accent into Heaven and finding her place of rest with the angels. Paul MIllar and wife Elena are working together to compose this work to be done hopefully by the end of 2009. Elena is a professional Classical Concert Pianist, and performed the music in this video. Paul is a composer of many styles of music. Elena is able to help write down and arrange into formal form. This music has come from the deepest emotions felt for Irenas efforts, and the plight of the Jewish people, and the suffers they endured during the Holocaust. This was released before the anniversary of her death, May 12th 2009, in order to show our appreciation for her humanitarianizm.
This music is copyright protected and may not be used by anyone without permission.
The photos used in this video were found on the internet, and is hard to trace who to credit. It is known that Yad Vashem is to be credited for some of these, and we are guessing at the Associated Press, and the New York Times, and the Life In A Jar Project? If any one needs to be recognized for their phots, please let us know.

@jessie101ist Thanks Jessie, it is a great inspiration to know about people like Irena. These days they become fewer and fewer to find. I was so glad to find her story and research her life, and also the Holocaust in general. It was a horrible time for humanity, but not the only. I hope this music will help in reminding people that we need to be more humane to each other, and begin to preserve life, instead of taking it away.

I'm Polish and I know very well the story of Irena Sendler and what she have done for Jews during the WW II. I don't want to sound pompously but I'm proud that Poland had people like this woman who have resisted orders of the Nazis and decided to save SO MANY children. My family also helped few Jews and when I'm thinking about this today I know it was direct danger to life.

Yes, she is now "Sleeping with the Angels". She is an inspiration to us all! There were many Polish people that helped during the war then, and we should also honor them as well.
