First off you have to make sure there's no medical condition behind his clumsiness. If you doubt that he's perfectly healthy at all, you should start off by taking him to the vet before you try to train him any further, since any kind of training could hurt him if there's something wrong with his spine or something. If he's in full health, there are rabbits that are clumsier than others. Certain breeds does never really make good jumpers. Mini lops like this one are usually pretty good at it.

I'm from Sweden, so I bought them in a pet shop in Sweden. But just ask any pet store for jumps and maybe they can order some in to the store for you. Making them, you should remember to make them so that the little bars will easily fall off if the rabbit hits them. He shouldn't in any way be able to get hurt by jumping straigh into one and getting stuck or anything like that.
