  • what is the name of that tune in the back ground

  • Its called "The Ecstasy of Gold" the version in this video, is conducted by Micheal Kamen, and performed by the San Fransico Symphony Orchestra, this version can be found on Metallica's S&M album.

Though it was originally done by Ennio Morricone, and used in the film "The Good The Bad and the Ugly", the original version can be found on the films OST

  • this is actually the intro to the metallica with the symphony concert. not ennio morricone.

  • you're right, this version is from Metallica's S&M album, however it is cover of Ennio Morricone's Ecstasy of Gold, this verson is conducted by Micheal Kamen and is performed by the San Fransico Symphony Orchestra

  • mi az eredeti szám neve?

  • @musashix it happend to me to i want to start doing a western marathon movie, but don't know where to start

  • nice work

  • to tell you the truth, in all this confusion, i've forgotten, myself.

  • The original version, complete with Dell'Orso vocals and all the extra instruments, is much better imo.

  • Love those Spagetti Westerns where Clint Eastwoood seemed like he was firing a sub machine gun...He would almost always have been up against 6 or 7, and would mow them all down without being hit once, even though the others got off at least 10 shots.
