Now, I know the Led on the gyro has to be always on Green, mine changed to red I dont know how but it did....The only way I found to change it back to green is changing the gryro sensitivity to less than CERO.
My settings at the moment are:
Gyro is in NOR.
Gyro sensitivity on positive 30
As I said, I changed it to negative and the Led changes to green, Im pretty sure this isn't right...
@juacas82 The LED on the gyro during programming indicates which setting you have chosen. If you reversed anything in the radio, change it back, that's not the reverse I'm talking about. The reverse you need is the "direction" setting of the gyro itself, which can be normal or reverse. When the tail moves, the gyro should push against that. You should be able to see if the blades react the right direction when you move the tail by hand, motor off, helicopter on.
@juacas82 The LED on the gyro *during operation* should be green, indicating heading hold mode. During programming though, it needs to be the correct color for the setting you are making, which is all shown in the video.
hey bro...very good video...but My heli keeps spinig to the right, I have read the whole manual, and it says that flying with a gyro on reverese the heli woul spin without control...well my one is spining, no matter what I do....Any advices???
@juacas82 Change the reversing *on the gyro* not in the radio. It's the second or third option - direction, normal or reverse. Change it from whatever it is now.
excellent video. this is the last part of my build....and i have been scratching my head trying to assign gyro sens to gear. So basically what your saying is i dont have too..I can leave my gyro sens with my "ruddr d/r" switch, when i take off throttle hold (rudder d/r) switch it automaticaly goes into 70%. So i guess im good......or mabey not. I hate being new to this. Please correct me if im wrong. Iv spent so much time on this 450pro, and it feels like it will never be airborne.
@Captan6pack I guess I'm not really sure what you're asking. Personally, I always fly in heading hold mode, so I only ever use one gain value, so whatever you can do to produce that value on the gear channel, that's what you can do. I don't know what radio you are using, but you just do it however you can and it should work.
Hey Jasmine....
I did what you said and it didnt work....
