...she should be learning to do the easier vaults well & perfecting her basics before she goes wasting vaults at major competitions on a very high probability that she'll score a zero. Even the ones she "makes" are so close to landing on her bottom first, & she scores horribly on them anyway.
In summary, please stop doing this vault until you are ready for it!

I don't know how you call this fantastic. Many level 9/10/elites could likely do a front front & overrotate a bit to their back- hell I haven't trained for years & I could probably do it. This shows no advanced skill whatsoever, especially as she's a mediocre vaulter to begin with.
Also, why does her coach continue to let her try this as it's SO bloody dangerous?! Does no one remember Sang Lan? Or how many injuries, & major ones, are due to gymnasts throwing skills they aren't ready for?

Her feet did hit first.... ah well, glad to see the Produnova back, but not in that manner! Hopefully she'll master it in time for the Olmypics!
