The STOCKHOLM cast of Avenue Q wishes they could go back to college, wich is made more difficult by the fact that there are no colleges in Sweden, only universities. :P

That this show has been translated to Swedish and not danish, shows a part of the swedish mentality that sometimes makes me wanna move there. Sad that I really suck at understanding you sweets :( As soon as I'm speaking to someone living more than 100km from Øresund, I don't get a thing...

In English, this song expresses how I feel word for word. I wish I could understand the Swedish translation, and I wish this song were translated into Spanish and Italian, the only foreign languages I speak. In fact, I'll take a look now....!

In the US there is no consistent way of saying university or college. Some refer to their selves as a college, others are universities and contain colleges within for each area of study.

In sweden we use allot of english words thou everyone understands english here, so we often speak something called "swinglish" a mix of swedish and english
