I dont get wtf ryan lochte is doing at a sr champs meet. The other thing he probably was in really bad shape to almost get beaten....

@element509 he goes every year, he also does a few other meets in the Florida area as well. At this particular meet, the major Florida Universities go and Ryan likes to go with U of F. He wasn't in bad shape at all but he wasn't in Olympic shape either.

@sirhc221 Well for him, great shape would be pretty close to olympic shape, and a 47, ehh not so much. But o well. Either way I would love to go to Florida's sr champs, I would probably get close to A finals but id at least get to meet him.

@element509 yeah its not a great time, i really think he swims fast enough to win at times, on the 100yd free he negative split it in finals, and at sectionals he neg split his 400m free and was in last place by a few at the 200m mark. Ya the meet goes a b c finals i think cuz the a heat is usually the college kids, and the c finals is for 18 and under i think...its a tough meet but you have to be in the Florida LSC to be in it..its really fun and ryan is one of the nicest guys u can meet

@sirhc221 From the sounds of it I guess its just him trying to swim his races as planned for practice when it comes to like nationals, worlds, etc. Yeah Oregon sr champs is really, really slow. Its like im not even trying and I make a finals for like all of my entered events. Thats why sectionals is better. But yeah hopefully I can meet Ryan one day. I might go to a Grand Prix meet sometime this season if he or phelps are swimming in it.

@element509 Grand prix meets are fun you get to see the best of the best a lot of the times. I'm just lucky I live in Florida where I see fast sweimmers all the time. Good luck in your swimming!

@sirhc221 Definitely, I had the chance to go to one when I was like 12, it was close to me but I really wasnt a full time swimmer at that time so I didnt care. Anyway yeah good luck to you to.
