"Compelling" is the best video/song I have seen and heard in decades. I hope this one spreads far and wide. Its seductive quatlity really captures the feeling and the mystery of meeting someone new, seemingly from out of nowhere--barely being able to breath. "Imprisoned by your eyes like the tide is locked to the shore"... and all of the lyrics as well as the singer's voice also so beautifully convey passion, intensity, anticipation... aaahhhh... really leaves me wanting more!!

Visit tomanddoug (dot) com for more! There are songs for downloading, CDs for sale, and a biweekly podcast. Compelling is my favorite too. Another really cool song with Tom's vocals, imo, is I Ain't Got Nobody.

Thanks Pandora! I really enjoyed "I Ain't Got Nobody." ...MUCH better than the David Lee Roth version!! "Feminist Blues Medley" was a lot of fun and "A Real Dream" had that mysterious sexy quality!! ...David Letterman, what are you waiting for!!?? Thanks again to Tom, Doug and Pandora. Cheers!

Hey Tom, if I recall, we shot this on 16mm film, right? It's a nice moody effect you've got going here with the high grain high contrast. Beats seeing what we actually look like!
